Traditionally, business sustainability has long been associated with the capability of businesses to increase its revenues and earnings thereby ensuring corporate longevity. Time has changed and the 21st century organizations cannot just rely on this objective, even though its importance has not faded. Business organisations have to recognize the importance of their connections to and dependence on society and environment if they want to be sustainable and the sustainable efforts of a business organization must simultaneously meet the objectives of three equally important components: economic, social and environmental. Recent past have witnessed an exponential interest, debate and research in the multi-focal aspects of sustainability and the concept of business sustainability has moved from being a marginal to mainstream concern to both academicians and practitioners. At this juncture, where there is an urgency to change the traditional business practices to a more sustainable direction, Faculty of Business and Accountancy of INTI International University is proud to present an avenue to share, learn, connect and build momentum towards the transition to more sustainable business practices.
